Good news for donors aged 70½ and older!
 
The IRA Charitable Rollover provision was reinstated for 2013. This allows donors age 70½ and older to make tax-free gifts directly from their IRAs, up to an annual ceiling of $100,000.  Please contact your financial advisor for complete information.
